Who we share your data with
We do not use any external service providers for analysis or marketing, nor will we share your personal information with others beyond the execution and shipping of a trade. Our web hosting provider will log your visit to our pages for security and analysis reasons. This is to a small extent personified beyond which IP address is used and possibly which link or search led to our site.
If you request that the password be reset, your IP address will be included in the password reset email.
Domeneshop AS, Christian Krohgs gate 16, 0186 Oslo, is our provider of web hosting that enables us to publish web pages on the Internet. Domeneshop’s terms and conditions include a standard data processor agreement that takes effect if you use Domeneshop’s hosting services to process personal data. The hosting services are located in Norway.
A login routine provided by Google will appear on login pages and at checkout. We do not provide any personal information for this routine, but Google will receive the same information as when you visit their pages. See details about Google’s privacy.
How long we retain your data
For users who shop or register on this website, personal information that they provide is stored in their user profile. All users can view, edit and delete their own personal information at any time (except username). The site administrators can also view and edit this information.
When you buy from us, we ask you to provide information, including name, billing address, shipping address, email address and telephone number. We use this information for example:
Send you information about your account and order
Respond to your inquiries, including refunds and complaints
Process payments and prevent fraud
Set up your account for our store if you shop
Comply with all legal obligations we have, such as calculating fees
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, e-mail and telephone number, which will be used to fill in the checkout.
Shipping address information also provides a basis for calculating fees and shipping displayed on the pages.
As a general rule, we only store information about you for as long as we need it for the purposes for which the information was collected, and we are no longer required by law to keep it. For example, we will take care of order information for 5 years for accounting and tax reasons. This includes name and email address as well as billing and delivery address.
What rights you have over your data
If you have shopped or just created an account on this site, you may request an export file containing the personal information we hold about you. This includes all data you have given us. Where we send your data
We accept payments through PayPal. When the payment is processed, some of your information will be transferred to PayPal, including information necessary to complete or process the payment, such as the purchase price and payment information. We have no access to information you provide to PayPal except whether the transaction has been completed or not.

To send goods, we use posten.no to register the shipping address, and customs documents if you provide a foreign address. The information we transfer will include name, address, email address and telephone number, and when customs clearing which product categories have been traded.
