Delivery terms and currency


All prices are in Norwegian kroner and including VAT. As a guide, the approximate amount in USD and EUR will also be displayed. Our payment solution with PayPal, either by credit card or as PayPal user, will use Norwegian kroner and may offer a slightly different exchange rate when paying with another currency.

In the shopping cart, shipping will be shown for shipments in Norway.

If you log in or create an account with address information for a foreign address, or enter a foreign address at checkout, prices will be displayed without VAT, and shipping will be determined by country. VAT and / or customs may be added through customs clearance in your home country.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a significant price error in the online store. The amount paid will then be returned immediately.



Most items are small packages sent by letter. This has mostly been without problems, but may take some time in some countries since it is also undergoing customs clearance.


Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Act on the duty to provide information and the right of withdrawal for distance selling and sales outside permanent business premises of 2014 no. 27), you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. This applies if the value of the order exceeds NOK 300 and the shipping address is in Norway.

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the seller as soon as possible and no later than the day the deadline expires. You must provide for proper packaging and shipping costs upon return. We would recommend that you attach a cancellation form that is included with the shipment when the right of withdrawal is relevant, or give us written notice by email within the deadline. The amount paid is returned as soon as we receive the item.


If something is damaged during shipment or during later use, please contact us (see under Contact us) and we will together consider how this can be resolved. Please take a picture of the packaging and item when it is received if something is damaged.

The goods consist of metal parts, and we can not guarantee that some will get reactions from this. Contact us by email for clarification on what can be done.

If solution on any complaint is to return the item for a refund, then you must provide for proper packaging and shipping costs.
